The UAE participated in the second Ministerial Meeting of Members of the Arab League and Pacific Small Island Developing States in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Emirati delegation was led by Minister of State Khalifa Shaheen Almarar. The second Ministerial Meeting issued the Riyadh Declaration on Tuesday to enhance cooperation between the Arab States and the Pacific Small Island Developing States. I

The UAE delegation, led by Minister of Climate Change and Environment Mariam Al Mheiri, met with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and First Lady Olena Zelenska. UAE, France, India Conduct Joint Maritime Exercise In Gulf Of Oman

UAE's defense ministry said the first India-France-UAE Maritime Partnership Exercise aims to improve trilateral cooperation between the three navies and formulate joint measures should there be traditional and non-traditional threats in the maritime environment. It also aims to improve collaboration and ensure the safety of the mercantile trade and freedom of navigation on high seas in the region, Business Standard reported.
