The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry and e& UAE signed a strategic agreement to support small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in Abu Dhabi.

This agreement, announced at an official signing ceremony held at the Chamber Tower in Abu Dhabi, aims to help businesses grow by providing advanced communication solutions, digital services, rewarding offers, unique packages, and more.

The event was attended by Ahmed Khalifa Al Qubaisi, the CEO of the Abu Dhabi Chamber; Hatem Dowidar, Group CEO of e&; Masood M. Sharif Mahmood, CEO of e& UAE, and several directors and representatives from both organizations.

Al Qubaisi noted that this collaboration agreement aligns with the Abu Dhabi Chamber's commitment to empower the private sector in the emirate of Abu Dhabi, adding that the aim is to support SMEs and startups so that they can unleash their full potential.

Highlighting the long-term strategic partnership between the two entities, Al Qubaisi said that it offers a diverse package of high-quality services and preferential benefits that support the business community.

He said that the business community, which represents a significant addition to the Chamber's efforts in elevating the competitiveness of the private sector and enabling its growth through support initiatives and programs, includes the "5+5 Pilot Program" for supporting SMEs.

Under this agreement, the Abu Dhabi Chamber will share information about the offers and services from e& UAE with its members alongside providing a unique package of communication offers and plans to the Chamber's members through its website, including Business PRO, Office Presence, uTap, digital products and more.

The agreement will use e& UAE's expertise in digital technology to help SMEs in Abu Dhabi with their digital transformation, including customized solutions in cloud computing, digital marketing, cybersecurity, and innovative payment solutions.

"Our strategic partnership with the Abu Dhabi Chamber aims to support SMEs' growth ambitions, underscoring our dedication to empowering them and enhancing their competitive edge," Mahmood said, according to WAM.

"We are set to support their advancement through advanced digital services and solutions that align with the National Agenda for Entrepreneurship and SMEs. This cooperation will equip businesses with cutting-edge digital tools, accelerating their growth in a dynamic digital economy thereby contributing significantly to regional economic growth," he added.

These efforts aim to make business operations easier, more efficient and improve customer experience.
