Expo Centre Sharjah is attracting a large number of visitors as the 42nd "Ramadan Nights" exhibition continues with cultural and entertainment activities, along with special shopping deals.

Organized by Expo Centre Sharjah with support from the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), this year's Ramadan Nights combines shopping and entertainment to create a festive atmosphere for the holy month, WAM reported.

The event runs until March 30 and offers discounts of up to 75% on various products from major retailers and around 500 international and local brands. Visitors can find a wide range of products to suit different tastes, including fashion, sports gear, traditional crafts, electronics, and food items.

The Heritage Village at the exhibition is attracting many visitors looking for an authentic cultural experience, including folk art performances and interactive competitions. Visitors can explore traditional products such as antiques, handmade crafts, and traditional clothing.

They can also enjoy Emirati cuisine, Ramadan drinks, Arabic coffee, and a variety of premium dates. The exhibition also features heritage collectibles like fishing tools, incense, perfumes, traditional accessories, and palm-weaving products, along with special promotions and prizes.

Open daily from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. during Ramadan, the event offers a wide range of products across a large space of over 16,000 square meters.

A major attraction at the exhibition is the Iftar Corner, which serves a variety of local, Arab, and international dishes. Children can also have fun at the Kids' Corner, which features games and entertainment activities.

The Heritage Village features folk art performances, cultural activities, heritage-themed programs, and competitions. This year, the event includes special platforms in the Heritage Village to promote Emirati traditions and provide opportunities for small and medium businesses.

Saif Mohammed Al Midfa, CEO of Expo Centre Sharjah, said that "Ramadan Nights" has become a key annual event, offering families essential products from over 200 exhibitors during the holy month.

He highlighted that the exhibition helps preserve the UAE's cultural heritage, brings the community together in a spiritual atmosphere, and boosts commercial activity while supporting the retail sector.

Last year, Expo Centre Sharjah hosted 80 major exhibitions, attracting nearly 3 million visitors. This further strengthens Sharjah's position as a leading regional and global hub for exhibitions and conferences.
