The event will be held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) on April 8-9 and will focus on global resilience and see its largest international participation. The announcement was made at a press conference attended by officials, experts, and media representatives, WAM reported.

During the press conference, Mariam Yaed Al Qubaisi, the official spokesperson and chairperson of the Organizing Committee for the World Crisis and Emergency Management Summit 2025, highlighted the UAE's leadership in developing a global crisis response system.

Al Qubaisi emphasized the country's focus on innovation, future planning, and international collaboration to strengthen emergency preparedness. She said that the summit reflects the UAE's ongoing efforts, led by President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, to support global initiatives for better crisis response.

The event highlights the nation's commitment to building strong international partnerships and creating an advanced risk management system using modern technology. Al Qubaisi also pointed out that global resilience is now more important than ever due to rising challenges such as climate change, natural disasters, and health and security threats.

The summit aims to bring together experts to share knowledge, improve preparedness, and ensure faster and more efficient responses to crises. This edition will focus on strengthening global resilience by using modern technology, improving strategic planning, and developing proactive crisis management strategies.

Key discussions will include best practices in risk prediction, rapid response, and recovery efforts to enhance community safety and preparedness for future challenges.

Salman Ali Al Salman, official spokesperson for the World Crisis and Emergency Management Summit 2025, emphasized the importance of the "Crisis Management Technologies Exhibition" and the "Generation Readiness Exhibition," both taking place alongside the summit.

These events aim to promote innovation, increase public awareness, and support the summit's goals.
