Dubai Land Department announced on Sunday that the emirate will host "PropTech Connect 2026," the world's largest real estate technology conference and exhibition.

This major event will bring together leading industry experts, investors, and property technology companies from around the globe to explore cutting-edge advancements in digital solutions, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and data analytics — all of which are shaping the future of the real estate sector worldwide.

Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, Director-General of the Dubai Land Department, said that hosting this event highlights Dubai's commitment to building an innovative and technology-driven real estate ecosystem in line with the Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033, WAM reported.

He highlighted that this event is a significant milestone in positioning Dubai as a global hub for smart real estate solutions. The conference will attract top-tier real estate technology companies and provide a platform for investors and decision-makers to explore the latest innovations in the sector.

The event is expected to accelerate digital transformation, boost investor confidence, and improve transparency and efficiency in the real estate sector.

"PropTech Connect 2026" will provide a unique experience for professionals in real estate technology. The event will help participants build connections with global industry leaders, explore investment opportunities, and form partnerships.

The event will also feature panel discussions, digital seminars, and research reports designed to deepen understanding of the digital innovations driving the sector forward. By hosting this event, Dubai reinforces its role in achieving its leadership's vision of becoming a global hub for the digital economy and the city of the future.

The emirate continues to adopt advanced digital solutions to increase market transparency, improve efficiency, and support sustainable real estate growth.

Aside from this event, the UAE will host the Ai Everything Global Summit & Expo 2026 in Abu Dhabi to strengthen the country's goal of becoming a top global hub for AI innovation.

Earlier this month, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in partnership with the World Governments Summit Organisation, hosted the second Future of Work Forum during the World Governments Summit 2025.

During the event, experts discussed how artificial intelligence (AI) is changing work patterns, productivity, and economic trends. Another key topic was the role of academic institutions in preparing skilled workers for the job market, along with other important workforce-related issues.
