UAE To Host Ai Everything 2026, Aiming For World's First AI-Powered Government

The UAE has taken another major step in AI leadership with the announcement that Abu Dhabi will host the Ai Everything Global Summit & Expo 2026. This move strengthens the country's goal of becoming a top global hub for AI innovation.

The announcement was made on the opening day of the first Ai Everything Global Summit in Abu Dhabi, the largest AI and tech gathering. The announcement about the 2026 event comes as global AI investments surge and competition in AI innovation grows, WAM reported.

Ai Everything Global is a key AI-focused event under GITEX GLOBAL, the world's biggest tech and startup show. The inaugural edition saw an oversubscribed audience from 149+ countries.

Abu Dhabi plans to become the world's first fully AI-powered government within two years, guided by the Abu Dhabi Government Digital Strategy 2025-2027. The UAE is already the second-largest global hub for AI talent, after the United States.

Faisal Abdulaziz Al Bannai, Adviser to the UAE President for Strategic Research and Advanced Technology Affairs, emphasized the UAE's commitment to AI innovation and advanced technologies. He highlighted how this commitment supports a dynamic ecosystem that encourages talent and drives progress.

Al Bannai expressed pride in supporting Ai Everything Global in Abu Dhabi, an event that brings AI leaders together to explore new ideas and promote the safe development of AI, further strengthening the UAE's position in shaping future economies.

ADNEC Group Managing Director and CEO Humaid Matar Al Dhaheri shared that hosting Ai Everything Global in Abu Dhabi shows the group's dedication to making the capital a global hub for tech innovation and AI.

He noted that the event aligns with their vision to foster advancements, attract global experts, and spark important discussions on the future of AI. Al Dhaheri emphasized that the event would provide a platform for industries, governments, and innovators to leverage AI's potential, solidifying Abu Dhabi's leadership in technology and digital economies.
