The seventh edition of the Dubai International Content Market (DICM) will be held from Nov. 12th to 13th at the Madinat Jumeirah Conference & Events Centre, bringing together leading names in content creation, distribution, and broadcasting from around the world.

It promises to be a top event for industry leaders, offering two days of special screenings, networking opportunities, and important discussions focused on shaping the future of content in the MENA region and beyond.

Tariq Al Madani, CEO of INDEX Conferences & Exhibitions said, "The 7th edition of the Dubai International Content Market (DICM) has truly become a key platform where every connection, insight, and collaboration play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the content industry in the region," WAM reported.

"With an impressive gathering of global leaders and innovators, DICM serves as a catalyst for industry transformation, driving new opportunities and fostering meaningful partnerships that extend far beyond the MENA region," Al Madani added.

The CEO emphasized the importance of staying ahead of industry changes, noting that digital media plays a crucial role in today's evolving landscape. He explained that the rapid growth and changes in the digital media sector are transforming the entire industry.

At the Dubai International Content Market (DICM), they are focused on driving this change by encouraging innovation and creating new opportunities that align with these developments.

DICM 2024 will bring together more than 800 professionals from over 50 countries, including top media companies and content distributors. With over 87 exhibitors, attendees will have the chance to explore the latest content trends, meet key decision-makers, and discover global distribution opportunities.

Major exhibitors include well-known names like TRT, Inter Medya, ZEE Entertainment, Fox Global Entertainment, and Blue Ant Media, along with other global players like TelevisaUnivision, Eccho Rights, and KBS Media.

The event is also expected to host over 1,300 B2B meetings focused on content negotiations and partnerships, making it an important marketplace for content professionals.

DICM 2024 will be a global hub for content professionals, featuring a wide range of exhibitors and participants from countries like the USA, UK, India, Japan, and Turkey. The event witnessed a 20% increase in exhibitor participation this year, with 40% of attendees attending for the first time.

This growth highlighted the event's importance as a major global content market. One of the key highlights of DICM 2024 will be an exclusive screening of the historical drama Fatih: Sultan of Conquests on the first day.

Guests will have the chance to meet the stars and creators of the series, including Serkan Çayoğlu (Fatih), Selim Bayraktar (Grand Vizier Çandarlı Halil Pasha) and the producer Eyüp Gökhan Özekin.
