Dubai AI Week 2025 To Highlight Global AI Innovations And Future-Ready Societies

Dubai is set to host the inaugural AI Week from April 21 to 25, which will bring together AI pioneers, innovators, decision-makers, and industry leaders from over 100 countries.
The event will focus on international collaboration and the role of AI in improving government services, boosting economic growth, and building future-ready societies. It will also feature key initiatives, interactive experiences, and impactful partnerships, WAM reported.
Dubai AI Week is being organized by the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence and overseen by the Dubai Future Foundation, and will be held under the patronage of the Crown Prince of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
The event will feature several summits, exhibitions, hackathons, and global competitions, such as the AI Retreat, Dubai Assembly for AI, Global Prompt Engineering Championship, and the Dubai AI Festival, across the city.
Over 10,000 experts and participants are expected, with more than 180 speakers, 150+ sessions and workshops, and 140+ activations. The event will host major tech companies like Google, Microsoft, Meta, IBM, and Swift, along with delegations from over 15 countries, including the US, South Korea, and Germany.
Dubai AI Week is also fostering key partnerships, with strategic support from organizations like Digital Dubai Authority, DEWA, and the UAE AI Office, along with tech giants such as OpenAI, Nvidia, and Palantir.
The AI Retreat on April 21 at the Museum of the Future will be an exclusive event for over 100 global leaders and AI experts to discuss challenges and opportunities. It will feature roundtable discussions on topics like economy, data, infrastructure, and talent development.
From April 21–25, the Dubai Assembly for AI at AREA 2071 will bring together over 2,500 AI leaders, policymakers, and executives for 25 sessions and live AI activations.
The Global Prompt Engineering Championship, held on April 22-23 at AREA 2071, will feature 24 finalists from 3,800 applicants competing for AED 1 million in prizes across four categories: Art, Gaming, Coding, and Video.
The Dubai AI Festival, from April 23-24 at Madinat Jumeirah, will host 8,000 experts, 500 investors, and 100 exhibitors, offering a platform for networking and partnerships.
The Machines Can See Summit, from April 23-24 at the Museum of the Future and AREA 2071, will focus on AI's potential to drive positive change, with keynotes, workshops, and an expo zone.
The 8th International Conference on Education Quality, from April 22-24 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, will gather experts and students to discuss AI's role in education and public services.
The HIMSS Executive Summit on April 23 at Emirates Towers will explore generative AI's impact on healthcare, genomics, and precision medicine. The Dubai AI Week Hackathon on April 25 at AREA 2071 will challenge participants to design autonomous AI agents to solve real-world problems.
AI Week in Schools, from April 21-25, in collaboration with KHDA, will introduce students to AI concepts, fostering a new generation of AI innovators.
