Al Maktoum visited both exhibitions on the first day, accompanied by Abdul Rahman Obaid Abu Al Shawareb, EVP of Protocol and Security at DWTC; and Mahir Abdulkarim Julfar, EVP of Venue Services Management at DWTC.

During the visit, Al Maktoum met various exhibitors, including YahSat, ArabSat, NileSat, First Gulf Company (FGC), PixoJam, Oasis Enterprises, and Epson.

Visitors attending the event will get an opportunity to tour the world-class facilities offered by Dubai Studio City, which is a division of TECOM Group PJSC and serves as a Strategic Partner of CABSAT 2024.

Speaking on the first day of the event, Majed Al Suwaidi, Senior Vice President of Dubai Media City, Dubai Studio City, and Dubai Production City at TECOM Group PJSC, said, "Embracing digitization and harnessing the power of local talent can transform the regional creative industry's outlook, and Dubai is firmly at the forefront of this evolution," WAM reported.

"Dubai Studio City is accelerating the city's vision for artistic and cultural excellence through its continued support for the Dubai Creative Economy Strategy, and as the Strategic Partner of CABSAT 2024, we are proud to advance the vital role and promising prospects of the regional entertainment, broadcasting, and media industries," he added.

Abhishek Ganapathy, Director of DWTC, said it's an honor to celebrate the 30th anniversary of CABSAT 2024 along with the second edition of Integrate Middle East 2024, noting that the events are bringing leading players from the media, broadcast, satellite, and Pro AV industries together.

Ganapathy explained that the "strategic co-location promises exhibitors and visitors an avenue for growth and networking," adding that the businesses can use these events as a platform to showcase their latest services and products to potential clients.
