A talent management agency for content creators and influencers named XPOZED officially launched in the UAE, coinciding with the third edition of the 1 Billion Followers Summit, held in Dubai from Jan. 11 to 13 under the theme "Content for Good."

XPOZED's launch marks a key development in the UAE's content industry, aiming to support the growth of creators in the MENA region. The agency offers services like business growth, strategic partnerships, and access to global technologies.

Focused on empowering talent, XPOZED explores the role of new media in driving social change and economic growth while developing creators' skills and expanding influencer partnerships.

It promotes high-quality, meaningful content through services like Talent Business Management, Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Campaign Design to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

"The UAE leads the global content creation economy, with initiatives such as the National Strategy for Cultural and Creative Industries and the Dubai Creative Economy Strategy paving the way for unprecedented growth," XPOZED CEO Omar Hmaidat was quoted as saying by WAM.

"The UAE's digital competitiveness has rapidly transformed it into a premier global destination for attracting talent and creatives," he added.

XPOZED is positioned as a key player in the content creation economy, with the expertise and resources to help creators grow and succeed. The agency aims to provide creators with the tools they need to develop their careers and showcase their talent, aligning with its mission to empower talent and connect creators with emerging trends in the industry.

The summit, the largest event of its kind, focused on shaping the content creator economy under the theme "Content for Good." The launch event at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) gathered content creators, influencers, creative economy enthusiasts, and digital media professionals.

The creative economy is a key part of the UAE's growth strategy for the next 50 years, contributing 3.5% to the national GDP, or AED 54.4 billion, and 5% of the non-oil economy.

The UAE has launched several programs to support creative growth, foster innovation, and attract investment, including the National Strategy for Cultural and Creative Industries, which aims to position the UAE as a global hub for creative talent.

Worldwide, the creative economy is one of the fastest-growing sectors, contributing over 6.1% to global GDP and generating more than US$2 trillion in annual revenue.
